Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Coastal Culture (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition;
  • The item must include all original tags and packaging;
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Coastal Culture reserves the sole discretion to determine whether returned merchandise meets these eligibility requirements.

2. Exchanges

At this time, Coastal Culture does not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to obtain a different item must return the original purchase in accordance with this Policy and place a new order separately.

3. Return Method

All eligible returns for items purchased online must be shipped back by mail to the return address provided upon approval of the return request. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise:

  • Please allow up to seven (7) business days for the refund to be processed;
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once product is received and has completed processing at our warehouse;
  • Financial institutions may require an additional three (3) to five (5) business days to post the refund to your account.

6. Refused Returns

Coastal Culture reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this Policy, including but not limited to items showing signs of:

  • wear or use;
  • damage;
  • alteration;
  • misuse.

If a return is refused:

  • The item will be returned to the customer; and
  • The customer will be responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Culture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of its products or the return process.
